Lands Advisory Services Pty Ltd (Landsas) was established in 2015 by senior executives from inside and outside of government to help clients by providing independent advisory, analytical, negotiation and mediation services in the use and management of government owned land in New South Wales.

We work collaboratively with our clients and government to resolve complex issues through the development of pragmatic solutions and guide them to implementation.

From offices in Newcastle, Landsas provides services across NSW.

Specifically, Landsas has expertise in:

  • the access to, utilisation, administration and management of government land;
  • land planning, project management and valuation;
  • the planning and authorisation of holiday parks and manufactured housing estates
  • commercial lease negotiation, business case development and project feasibility;
  • working with Government;
  • Native title;
  • analysis into the suitability and capability of land for development, conservation and offset purposes;
  • mediation and negotiation in relation to the occupation and use of government owned land; and
  • Aboriginal Land Rights;
